Love the One You're With is a six week class exploring loving, accepting, and nourishing ourselves from a metaphysical viewpoint. We will talk about how embracing and listening to your Self creates changes from within. When we are willing to lovingly accept and have compassion for our bodies at this moment, not waiting/weighting to feel good about ourselves, we can experience this "lightening up" in our body and our being.
Next series starts Wednesday, March 28, 2012
for 6 weeks 6:30 - 8:30 PM
$20 per class
or $100 for series if prepaid or paid for at first class
