Did you feel the energy shift on Friday/Saturday? It’s been a pretty intense time, and I could feel the gears of my very foundation grinding away all last week. The energy felt dense and rather opaque……all as a prelude to a shift that felt like a breath of fresh air…..and suddenly things I couldn’t finish, couldn’t get done, seemed unfathomable……the cloud lifted and it all looked so clear and simple and moved to completion. This is what the roller coaster of energy sometimes feels like……we are that energy moving that energy. The point is not to straighten out the curves and grades of the roller coaster….the point is to ride it joyfully and sometimes with surrender and abandon! because the equanimity, the resolution, always arrives….even if we can’t see it in the middle of the ride…love to all.
